For 14+ night stays, guest agrees to have home professionally cleaned at least monthly (bi-weekly if brining an animal). Starting at $185 per cleaning, paid directly to Host's cleaner.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
Helps pay for extra supplies, laundry, cleaning, wear and tear. If over 7 people are sleeping here <3 weeks: $50 per person/night, >3weeks $15/person/night. Put the correct number of overnight guests in your filter for this fee to automatically calculate. If not, plan to pay this soon after booking.

For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
