8-seater, 8 cylinder white Nissan Armada with all the bells and whistles (leather interior, most features electric/automatic, 360 degree camera helps with parking. Available upon request for a comparable fee similar to other SUV rentals. First come first serve basis for all of our homes.

PETS
Up to 2 house trained, non-shedding, hypoallergenic pets up to 30 lbs each Upon Owner Approval. Be sure to select "Pets" before checking out. Fee: $286 per pet per month to help cover extra cleaning, damage insurance and air purifiers after departure.

INTERIM CLEANINGS
For guests staying 2+ weeks, professional cleanings by our cleaner are required (biweekly if bringing an animal, triweekly if no animal). Cost: Approximately $185-225 per cleaning if they don't do laundry. We can add this to the price + $30 service fee per clean for coordinating or you can pay the cleaner directly. Let us know.

POOL HEATING
Needed October through May for a warm pool. Cost: $695 per month to help cover the extra utility costs.

GETTING HERE:
It's fast and easy to get here, off Frank Loyd Wright Blvd near the 101 freeway. Simply follow your GPS. We also email directions to you 1 day before arrival.

GETTING AROUND:
You'll want to have a car although there are many Waymo self driving cars, Ubers, and Lyfts available.

LOCAL LAWS AND HOA RULES

Cancellation Policy:
Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
