INTERIM CLEANINGS
For guests staying 2+ weeks, professional cleanings by our cleaner is require every 3 weeks if no animals, bi-weekly if animals. Cost: Approximately $185 to $225 per cleaning if they don't do laundry. We can add this into the price + $30 service fee per clean for coordinating or you can pay the cleaner directly. Let us know.

POOL HEATING
Needed October through May for a warm pool. Cost: $695 per month to help cover some of the extra utility costs.

Cancellation Policy:
Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
