Available October through May for guests who would like a warm swimming pool. The monthly pool-heating fee is $695; inquire about shorter-stay pricing. Please request pool heat at least four days before check-in.

PETS
Up to two house-trained, tame, non/low-shedding dogs may be considered with prior owner approval. Dogs must be 40 pounds or less each. A pet fee applies and covers additional allergen treatment. Depending on breed, an additional damage-protection policy and refundable damage deposit may be required. There is no pet door here.

LONGER STAYS
For extended reservations, guests agree to scheduled professional cleanings at least every three weeks; some pet stays may require biweekly service. Cleaning starts at $185 per visit, paid directly to cleaner.

OTHER DETAILS
* No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
* Three exterior-only security cameras located at the doorbell, above the garage, and in the backyard.
* After booking, the primary guest must complete a Point of Contact form, online ID authentication, e-sign the rental agreement, and there's a small credit-card damage-deposit hold, similar to hotels. ID verification takes approximately five minutes and is required before access instructions are released.
* A baby/toddler package may be available upon request, subject to first-come, first-served availability across our properties. Items may include a high chair, Pack ’n Play, bedding, toys, books, gates, step stool, changing pad, and convertible car seats.

Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
